Gym Owner Information

For gym owners using the web dashboard, we may collect:

• Account information, such as name, email address, phone number, login credentials, role, approval status, and verification status.
• Gym business information, such as gym name, description, phone number, email address, address, location coordinates, facilities, opening hours, working days, capacity, logo, cover image, and gym photos.
• Management information, such as membership plans, pricing, subscriptions, member lists, attendance records, passes, check-in settings, and gym access settings.
• Payment and payout information, such as checkout records, commission split information, payment IDs, payout provider account IDs, onboarding status, and payment provider responses.
• Notification and operational data, such as messages sent to members, delivery status, and dashboard activity.

How We Use Information

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Provide gym memberships, passes, subscriptions, and access control.
• Process payments, subscriptions, commissions, and payouts.
• Track attendance, check-ins, and gym usage.
• Provide workout plans, workout tracking, fitness analytics, and progress history.
• Run challenges, score attempts, review submissions, and maintain leaderboards.
• Allow gym owners to manage gyms, plans, members, attendance, and payments.
• Send service notifications, membership updates, payment updates, and support messages.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security issues.
• Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with gyms and gym owners, members where features make information visible, payment providers such as Razorpay or other providers, authentication providers such as Apple or Google, cloud, hosting, storage, email, OTP, analytics, and security providers, and legal authorities or regulators when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

Payment Information

Flexicurl may store payment transaction references, order IDs, payment IDs, subscription status, amounts, currency, and related checkout records. Sensitive payment details such as full card numbers, bank account credentials, or UPI credentials are generally handled by third-party payment providers and are subject to their own privacy policies.

Challenge Videos and User Content

If members upload videos or other content for challenges, we may store and process that content to verify attempts, calculate scores, review performance, prevent fraud, and operate leaderboards. Challenge submissions may be reviewed automatically, manually, or both.

Location Information

Flexicurl stores gym addresses and gym location coordinates. If the mobile app requests access to device location, it is used to help show nearby gyms or location-based features. Device location permissions can be controlled through device settings.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Flexicurl, maintain accounts, process payments, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain security. Some payment, tax, security, and legal records may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted by law.

Account Deletion and User Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us at support@flexicurl.fit. We may need to retain certain records where required for legal, payment, tax, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Flexicurl is not intended for children below the age required by applicable law. If we learn that we have collected information from a child without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
