Gym responsibilities

• Keep gym details, pricing, membership plans, and policies accurate.
• Use member information only for legitimate gym operations.
• Honor membership terms, cancellation rules, and local requirements.
• Ensure staff access is limited to the right people and roles.

Member responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and payment information.
• Follow gym rules, challenge rules, and community standards.
• Only upload workout videos and content you have the right to share.
• Use Flexicurl safely and do not misuse the platform or other users data.

Payments and subscriptions

Membership fees, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and offline payments may depend on the selected gym, plan, and payment method. Gyms are responsible for making their commercial terms clear to members.

AI challenge scoring

AI-powered scoring is designed to support fitness challenges and leaderboards, but it may not be perfect. Scores, rewards, and challenge outcomes may be reviewed or adjusted where needed.
